CRITCO’s roots date back 7 decades to the founding of Ceylon Rubber Industries in 1950. Later in 1982, after the acquisition of Taherally Rajbhoy (a company founded in 1962) the company diversified into the trading of Balloons, Decorations, Party items and Disposable food packaging products. “CRITCO” fresh brand identity was incepted in 2002 with the vision to become a leading supplier in the HORECA industry for single-use food serving and packaging products. Today CRITCO possess with over 70 years in business and 38 years of experience in the single-use (disposable) trade.

We’re proud to be an industry leader in promoting eco-friendly, single-use (disposable) products in the HORECA industry in Sri Lanka while internationally expanding our operations towards the Maldives and South East Asian region. Striving to protect and sustain our environment is our top priority. Critco operate from its state-of-the-art centralized warehouse and its corporate office situated at Grandpass, Colombo 14 to serve our valuable customers.

Yes, it’s necessary to log into your Critco account to shop. Shopping as a logged-in user is fast & convenient and also provides extra security.

Good news! There are no restrictions on the minimum or maximum order quantity. You can order any quantity of products as you prefer in a single order.

Once the payment for the purchase is complete, the order will be processed. Hence, order cancellations cannot be made.

We have an immediate return policy – therein please check your orders before accepting them from the delivery rider. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Yes. First, contact us with your issue and we will ensure that necessary steps are taken for your item to be returned. Once returned, you may proceed with a separate purchase for the new product.

Great! As soon as we receive the item, we will inspect the condition of the item and for any defects . If it’s all good, we will approve the refund and process it in your original payment method. However, it may take some time for bank or credit card companies to post the refund.

You can easily track and view the status of your order using our Track Order page which you can find in the main menu of our website. To check on the status of your order, you will need your order tracking code you were provided when you completed checkout (and in your order confirmation email). We will fetch and display your order and status along with any special notes that may have been added.
