Later in 1982, after the acquisition of Taherally Rajbhoy (a company founded in 1962), the company diversified into the trading of balloons, decorations, party items, and disposable food packaging products. In the year 2002, with the introduction of the newest range in innovative single-use (disposable) products and a vision to become the leading supplier to HORECA Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes food and Healthcare industry, Taherally Rajbhoy was given a fresh brand identity as CRITCO.
